Step 2
Safety induction
On arrival your trainer will walk you through the four firearm safety rules and the range standing orders before you handle anything.
-
Step 3
Shoot
50 rounds of .22 LR on a 25-metre indoor range, coached the whole time. Your trainer will help with stance, grip, sight picture and trigger control.
What's provided
- 50 rounds of .22 LR ammunition
- Firearm (club-supplied .22 LR pistol)

Good to know
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Sessions are designed for complete beginners. Your trainer will cover everything from scratch.
Can I become a member afterwards?
Membership is currently by referral from an existing member only. If you impress us, who knows — but the try-shooting session is a standalone experience with no commitment.
Can I bring someone to watch?
Yes — spectators are welcome in the observation area. They must comply with all range safety rules and wear hearing and eye protection while inside the range.
What if I need to cancel?
Please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else. Contact us at info@citypistolclub.org.
